Business Development Representative, Vape Sales (entry level)


We are building a world-class team positioned for rapid growth in the retail vaping space and are seeking passionate sales professional(s) who would like to take part in growing something from the ground up. As one of our Vape Channel Representative, you will be personally accountable for calling on retail vape stores within your territory to present and sell vapor programs to drive adult vapor and adult tobacco consumers to our brand.


This job is for you if:
You enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people because you will be spending 90% of your time talking to vape store owners, managers, clerks, and adult consumers; securing distribution and ensuring consistent availability of our products.
You will develop lasting relationships with store personnel, and train them on our products and programs, and conduct planned tasting sessions for adult consumers in store, as well as at local events or parties.
You are driven by achieving sales results because you will have aggressive sales goals that must be achieved on time regardless of obstacles or circumstances. You love the idea of being part of a motivated team but enjoy the freedom that comes with managing your schedule and accounts.
You have a strong ability to manage your time and priorities because you will be routinely working with an account base of 60-70 stores to secure distribution, ensure effective merchandising, promotion, and price communication, and drive adult vapor and adult tobacco consumers to the brand.
You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to different situations to meet customer and consumer expectations. You must be able to work well with others, as well as start and continue work on your own.

Accountabilities Include:
• Call on Vape Shop owners and managers to present & sell vape programs to drive new consumers and business to the brand.
• Implement and Audit 4P (Product Availability; Presence; Promotion; Pricing) program requirements during each visit.
• Engage adult vapor and adult tobacco consumers on our vapor brand proposition to create awareness, grow consideration, drive trial, and capture consumer data.
• Educate and train all store clerks on vapor proposition to create advocacy, drive trial, and capture consumer data.
• Report accurately and timely all pertinent information into CRM system
• Effectively manage all company provided assets.

Job Requirements

While we will thoroughly train you in our business, selling method, and processes, you:
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which employed.
• Be willing to learn and work in the Vape Industry and Events.
• Speaks fluent English
• Have experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Liquor Sales.

BA/BS Degree is preferred but not required if you have a proven record of accomplishment in field sales.
• Competent in Microsoft Office products
• Understands basic Business Math - e.g., Margins, Markup, Penny Profit
