Reporting to the National Account Director, the Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and delivering annual commercial targets within Key Traditional Retail Accounts. Primarily working with the National Account Director, the ITGB sales teams and the retailer to deliver Fontem’s commercial ambitions. This position focuses on building category captaincy with target customers in partnership with ITGB sales team. Optimizing commercial delivery through achieving short and long-term sales objectives by identifying customer needs and providing solutions to create a professional relationship between the customer and Fontem. The role requires the leadership and strategic direction to work cross functionally between ITGB Sales, Fontem Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, IT (local & Global) and Customer Service.
Duties and Responsibilities
At least 3 years of proven track record in delivering commercial targets
Strategic problem solving, with a clear business acumen and a proven histiry of managing a P&L.
Creative thinking with the experience to creating opportunities and influencing cross-functional without direct reporting relationships
Desire of making his/her mark in a fast-paced and dynamic high growth category with complex legal & regulatory principles
